Hi, my name is Alexa, I am a professional massage therapist, I am licensed in licensed therapist .

"High touch" is my livelihood. Skin to skin contact is how I help people heal. I fall deeply into the category of not being able to work from home during this challenging and confusing time we are ALL facing together.

With that said, infectious disease control is a reality in my profession that I face daily. As a licensed massage therapist, using universal precautions is nothing new to me. However, I am happy to be reminded of the importance. If you aren't taking universal precautions seriously already you are opening yourself up to things much worse than this and possibly putting others at risk with carelessness.

There is so much still unknown, no one can promise their immunity. So, this is a time for communication and transparency.

Take a moment to re-evaluate the situations we put ourselves in and the investments we make with our WHOLE body.

Whether it's our personal space, mental space, energy, time .... choose those intimate settings wisely! SEEK EXPERTS, trained professionals and licensed practitioners whom you can trust in taking your safety seriously.

Know that I LOVE my work and it pains me to scale back.
